Employees are given 1 week (5 days) of paid vacation time upon completion of the 1st year of employment (this week is accrued per Illinois State law and can be taken once it is accrued), 2 weeks (10 days) after 2 years of employment, and 3 weeks (15 days) after 8 years of employment.
